Personally build and optimise dashboards, troubleshoot performance, and reduce duplicated or ungoverned reporting. Own the technical direction of enterprise Java application development for a banking program. Lead engineers, establish coding and architecture standards, review designs and code, and manage WebSphere estates. Drive modernization from monolithic applications toward Spring Boot microservices, containers, and CI/CD. Oversee performance, resilience, security, scalability, observability, production support, technical risks, dependencies, and releases across SIT, UAT, and production while partnering with architects, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
