Serve as the business-facing functional consultant for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. The role sets release entry and exit criteria, chairs approval governance, controls project and business-as-usual change, and aligns programme delivery with payroll cut-offs and regulatory requirements across a regulated financial services environment.

Generate and qualify IT business leads through LinkedIn, research, targeted campaigns, CRM activity, and online outreach. Manage prospecting, lead capture, opportunity tracking, proposal support, client follow-up, and relationship building. Support business development for IT recruitment and technology services while handling relevant social media activities in a remote environment.
