Regional technical leader for EMEA automation responsible for defining and deploying production and test automation, robotics, vision, MES/IIoT integrations, and factory digitization. Leads projects from concept to production handover, supports greenfield/brownfield initiatives and NPI, and drives continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven methods to improve quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

Lead global software and controls engineering to define platform architecture, drive R&D and innovation (digital twins, AI/ML), standardize gateways and enterprise systems (SCADA/EPMS/BMS/DCIM), manage cross-functional delivery, and build a high-performing team ensuring scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across Vertiv's power and infrastructure business units.

Hands-on Quality Engineer driving prevention-led quality on the factory floor. Lead RCA/CAPA, manage NCRs, conduct audits, verify first-off articles, govern deviations, analyse quality data, support supplier quality, and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Lead Systems Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining PLC/SCADA automation systems, industrial networks, and OT cybersecurity. Provides technical leadership, mentors teams, oversees system architecture, commissioning, risk assessments, and vendor/client coordination to deliver secure, standards-compliant projects on time and within budget.

Lead end-to-end, high-volume plant hiring across multiple EMEA sites. Manage a team of six recruiters, translate SIOP/demand forecasts into hiring plans, run governance and cadence, build sourcing strategies, manage hybrid resourcing and vendors, standardize workflows, and improve candidate experience and hiring predictability.

Lead design and release of high-density liquid cooling (CDU) products. Manage cross-functional global teams, approve drawings and BOMs, drive cost reduction, ensure quality and compliance (ISO/ASME/GD&T/UL/ASHRAE), support procurement/vendor evaluation, mentor engineers, troubleshoot failures, and manage projects from concept through delivery.

Provide technical pre-sales expertise for UPS, PDUs and data center power solutions. Review RFQs, design bespoke systems, support sales meetings, coordinate suppliers, and feed product roadmap improvements.
