Produce general arrangements, panel schedules, footprints and elevations to support pre-order quotations, coordinate with controls/relay teams, suppliers, and procurement, provide VAVE options, support FAT planning and MV component analysis, and influence product roadmaps based on CDE outcomes and market trends.

Develop, optimise and verify CNC programs for plasma, press brake, laser and multi-axis machines; interpret drawings; support tooling/setup; troubleshoot operators; drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives while ensuring safety and quality.

Provide onsite administrative support for EHS functions: maintain training and compliance records (ISO 14001/45001), coordinate training, log accidents/near misses, prepare safety KPIs, monitor equipment and hazardous waste, administer occupational health appointments, manage COSHH data, and support EHS communications and audits.

Assemble and fit electrical switchgear and electromechanical equipment from engineering drawings. Build components, support prototypes, complete MTOs/material ordering, identify defects, maintain quality and safety, and work flexibly including overtime.
