Partners with Engineering, Pricing, Product, Program Management, IT, Finance, and business leaders in a global matrix environment. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Lead global software and controls engineering to define platform architecture, drive R&D and innovation (digital twins, AI/ML), standardize gateways and enterprise systems (SCADA/EPMS/BMS/DCIM), manage cross-functional delivery, and build a high-performing team ensuring scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across Vertiv's power and infrastructure business units.

Manage and optimize logistics operations across multiple sites, overseeing transportation, inventory of packaging materials, compliance with national and international trade regulations, documentation, contracts with carriers, safety and ESG handling of scrap, and driving cost-saving efficiencies to meet business needs.

Lead Systems Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining PLC/SCADA automation systems, industrial networks, and OT cybersecurity. Provides technical leadership, mentors teams, oversees system architecture, commissioning, risk assessments, and vendor/client coordination to deliver secure, standards-compliant projects on time and within budget.

Leads global mechanical product development for high-density liquid cooling and CDU systems. Directs engineers, approves drawings and BOMs, guides technical architecture, manages project timelines, supports sourcing, and ensures engineering quality and compliance. Identifies cost reductions, evaluates vendors, troubleshoots failures, implements corrective actions, and collaborates with electrical, software, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams. Mentors engineers and supports products from concept through release.

Manages strategic hyperscale and colocation accounts across EMEA as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include account planning, quarterly business reviews, customer advocacy, renewals and upselling support, service issue resolution, KPI tracking, billing coordination, market analysis, and regional growth initiatives. The role requires regular customer engagement, collaboration across internal teams, after-hours availability, and travel throughout EMEA.

Coordinates engineering change requests and orders, maintains product data, BOMs, revisions, documents, and configurations across PLM and ERP systems. Validates change packages, analyzes impacts, supports product introduction and sustaining engineering, monitors workflows, and ensures data quality and governance. Provide presales technical support for UPS/power solutions: review RFx, design configurable solutions, coordinate with engineering, prepare proposals/presentations, train colleagues/customers, manage stakeholder relationships, and support local accounts and in-country application engineering activities.

Lead complex electrical infrastructure projects from sales handover through engineering, manufacturing, site delivery, commercial management, client coordination, and close-out. Manage project schedules, BIM coordination, technical submissions, budgets, variations, procurement risks, logistics, documentation, payment applications, and project reporting while coordinating engineering, production, construction, procurement, and site teams.

Manage service projects from order acceptance through completion, coordinating customers, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and internal departments. Own project plans, budgets, forecasts, margins, reporting, technical documentation, risk assessments, and health and safety compliance. Serve as the primary customer contact, attend key site milestones, coordinate engineering resources, improve operational efficiency, and ensure projects meet financial, quality, and delivery objectives. Regular travel and extended customer-site work may be required.

Manages on-site project delivery and commissioning activities across EMEA. Responsibilities include coordinating installation and commissioning teams, scheduling resources, tracking progress, managing subcontractors and deliveries, reporting risks, supporting quality and safety, attending stakeholder meetings, and driving process improvements. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, project teams, and regional leaders throughout the commissioning lifecycle.

Lead design and release of high-density liquid cooling (CDU) products. Manage cross-functional global teams, approve drawings and BOMs, drive cost reduction, ensure quality and compliance (ISO/ASME/GD&T/UL/ASHRAE), support procurement/vendor evaluation, mentor engineers, troubleshoot failures, and manage projects from concept through delivery.
