Leads presales electrical engineering for modular data center and critical infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include designing LV and MV power distribution systems, auxiliary systems, electrical load and protection studies, single-line diagrams, equipment sizing, code compliance, tender interpretation, interdisciplinary coordination, customer requirement analysis, and technical quotations. The role requires collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams to develop scalable electrical architectures and deployment-ready solutions.

Provides technical leadership for PLC-based control, power, and thermal monitoring architectures. Designs scalable systems, selects frameworks and tools, guides software teams, integrates PLCs, HMIs, gateways, and SCADA with hardware, and establishes validation and compliance practices. Supports sales teams and customers through specification reviews, technical guidance, architecture development, design reviews, and strategic project development.

Supports HR administration by organizing employee records, maintaining accurate data, coordinating hiring activities, preparing reports, ensuring documentation compliance, and helping resolve administrative process issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
