Lead buy-side contract and commercial management for supplier and subcontractor agreements from procurement to close-out. Negotiate and draft subcontracts, ensure back-to-back alignment, manage disputes, claims and variations, provide commercial guidance to project teams, monitor expenditure, and lead a commercial team. Prepare contract summaries and protect contractual entitlements.

Lead planning, execution, and commissioning of power software and controls projects. Manage multiple concurrent projects and a team of 5–6 engineers, define scope, track budgets and schedules, ensure quality and client satisfaction, negotiate with suppliers, report progress, and capture lessons learned.

Receive, issue, and record materials; organize and label stock; perform cycle counts and stock verification; manage outbound shipments and maintain minimum stock levels to support production.
