Design and develop medium-voltage switchgear products: define specifications, produce 3D models/2D drawings, ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards, manage PLM/NPDI documentation, perform DFMEA, build prototypes, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and support engineering change processes.

Design and produce detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and communications drawings for LV/MV switchgear. Prepare bills of materials, ensure compliance with IEC/IET/IEE standards, collaborate with mechanical, automation, and project teams, and support project delivery and testing in a manufacturing-proximate design office.

Provide presales technical expertise for MV switchgear solutions: design and optimize MV arrangements to IEC/IEEE standards, prepare technical proposals and reports, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support testing/commissioning, liaise with customers and estimators, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
