Build and maintain customer-facing features, internal tools, and platform improvements for a Rails-based self-storage operating system. Responsibilities include full feature ownership, collaborating with Product, writing tests, debugging production issues, improving stability and performance, monitoring applications, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical discussions. The role requires independent work on defined tasks and collaboration within a small product engineering team.

Lead and develop approximately 12 software engineers across three product teams. Own engineering performance, career progression, promotions, hiring, onboarding, team health, and management processes. Coach engineers, address performance issues, improve career frameworks and review cycles, and maintain a strong remote culture. Partner with Tech Leads and the Head of Engineering while providing sufficient technical guidance to understand code and engineering discussions without owning technical decisions.

Own and lead Stora’s sales function, including SDR and AE coaching, sales strategy, outbound pipeline generation, process improvement, forecasting, performance management, and strategic deals. Partner with the CEO, Marketing, and Product to refine the ideal customer profile, messaging, market expansion, and international growth. The role requires hands-on involvement in customers and opportunities while building a predictable, repeatable commercial engine across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and other markets.
