Lead discovery, POCs, workshops, and technical presentations; support onboarding, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive platform adoption and influence product roadmap.

Manage and grow large, complex enterprise SaaS accounts across EMEA by building C-suite relationships, developing strategic account plans, driving revenue expansion and retention, leading complex global negotiations, and working cross-functionally to align solutions and deliver measurable customer value.
