Build and ship AI-powered product capabilities for enterprise IT operations. Design production systems involving LLMs, agents, RAG, vector search, knowledge graphs, workflow orchestration, APIs, integrations, and automation. Own features from customer discovery through implementation, launch, troubleshooting, and iteration. Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams while making pragmatic tradeoffs around reliability, cost, latency, and scalability.

Lead enterprise customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realization of BigPanda AIOps solutions. Serve as a hands-on technical architect and advisor, designing integrations, guiding AI readiness, resolving complex operational issues, managing project delivery, and partnering with Sales, Product, R&D, and customers. Contribute to Professional Services practices and support strategic transformation initiatives. The role requires Python or Node.js coding and 10–20% customer travel.

Lead customer-facing AIOps engagements as a senior solutions architect: design and implement BigPanda solutions, drive enterprise implementations, mentor architects, influence stakeholders, and ensure value realization and operational resilience.
