Lead complex enterprise SaaS and IT operations implementations for BigPanda customers from kickoff through go-live. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and measurable business outcomes across multiple products and business units. Advise executive stakeholders, coordinate with solutions teams, shape operating-model decisions, and track ROI and value realization. The role requires fluent German, strong enterprise project management experience, and up to 10% travel.

Build and ship AI-powered product capabilities for enterprise IT operations. Design production systems involving LLMs, agents, RAG, vector search, knowledge graphs, workflow orchestration, APIs, integrations, and automation. Own features from customer discovery through implementation, launch, troubleshooting, and iteration. Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams while making pragmatic tradeoffs around reliability, cost, latency, and scalability.

Lead enterprise customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realization of BigPanda AIOps solutions. Serve as a hands-on technical architect and advisor, designing integrations, guiding AI readiness, resolving complex operational issues, managing project delivery, and partnering with Sales, Product, R&D, and customers. Contribute to Professional Services practices and support strategic transformation initiatives. The role requires Python or Node.js coding and 10–20% customer travel.
