Customer-facing technical leader owning long-term technical success and value realization for strategic enterprise accounts. Architect and lead implementations, migrations, and scalable cloud-native deployments; build joint success plans; monitor adoption and health; partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering; and provide technical guidance, reference architectures, and feedback to drive predictable expansion and customer outcomes. Travel to customer sites as needed.

The Sales Engineer will drive success by providing technical expertise, customizing presentations, and developing solutions for data observability products, while collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs.

Develop and execute territory sales plans to acquire and expand Fortune 500 accounts, manage complex deal cycles, deliver product demos, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, and travel up to 50% within the UK territory.

Generate and qualify enterprise leads through outbound prospecting and social selling, collaborate with AEs and marketing to build pipeline, schedule demos, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly/quarterly quotas while supporting regional events.
