About you:
You enjoy building long‑term relationships with senior customers and being a trusted partner, not just a point of contact. You’re comfortable working with senior leaders, including executive teams, and you know how to balance commercial goals with doing the right thing for the customer. You think beyond today’s contract and focus on helping customers get real value from the software they use. You like working with different teams across the business and bringing people together around a shared goal.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
• Own and shape the long‑term strategy for a portfolio of key hotel group customers, acting as their senior point of contact.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and help them get the most value from our software.
• Lead commercial conversations such as renewals and growth opportunities, taking a consultative and solutions‑led approach.
• Work closely with teams like Product, Customer Success and Support to make sure customer needs are clearly understood and delivered against.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in strategic or senior account management, ideally within hospitality, distribution or software.
• Confidence presenting to senior audiences and explaining complex ideas in a clear, simple way.
• Experience working with commercial metrics such as retention, growth and forecasting.
• An interest in mentoring others and sharing knowledge to help the wider team grow.
