Job Description

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a curious and solutions-focused professional to join our team at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across our global Asset Manager Services business to streamline processes, drive innovation and deliver technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and client service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders and turning ideas into practical improvements that make a real impact across the business.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and workflows.
  • Design, enhance and support workflow and low-code solutions, helping drive digital transformation across the business.
  • Facilitate workshops, testing, training and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technology projects and change programmes while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

  • A degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline.
  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project delivery or a similar role (graduates with relevant internships or placements are encouraged to apply).
  • Naturally curious, analytical and confident working with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in technology and business transformation.
  • Previous exposure to financial services, automation tools or low-code platforms is a bonus, but not required.
