What You'll Be Doing
As a graduate in Programme or Project Management, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Work on local and global aerospace projects.
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
  • Help solve complex business and project challenges.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery activities.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are curious, organised, proactive, and excited by the challenge of bringing people and projects together. You might be someone who enjoys leading group projects, organising events, solving problems, or finding better ways of doing things. Most importantly, you'll be enthusiastic about learning, collaborating, and developing your career within a global aerospace organisation.
Essential Requirements
You'll have:
  • A minimum 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant Business-related subject or Engineering discipline.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • An interest in project delivery, programme management, and the aerospace industry.

Desirable Qualifications
The following may strengthen your application:
  • A Master's degree, First-Class or 2:1 Honours Degree.
  • Relevant placement, internship, industrial, or post-study experience.
  • Experience leading projects, coordinating teams, or managing competing priorities.
  • Evidence of strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
