Iron Mountain, the global leader in records and information management, is seeking a highly organised, results-driven, and Admin Scanning Specialist to join our Project Delivery Team directly on the Risley and Appleton sites.

In this crucial role, you'll be part of a dynamic team supporting our key high profile contracts, providing essential services including document scanning, administration and data entry tasks. 

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare and digitise records: Meticulously prep records for scanning and accurately scan them using Iris Powerscan.

  • Ensure data quality: Perform thorough quality checks on all scanned records.

  • Manage record archiving: Run and review reports in preparation for secure archiving.

  • Optimize historic records: Identify and manage legacy records, refine local processes, and coordinate offsite storage, including:

    • Sorting and boxing records.

    • Securely bagging records for destruction.

  • Provide ad-hoc support: Assist the Information and Records Management Team with various demands.
