Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Operations Advisor to join one of the UK’s largest business groups. This is a fixed-term contract position to provide maternity cover, with the contract expected to run until November 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately entering and updating member data across our systems.
  • Communicating with members via phone and email, you will be their go-to for queries and support.
  • Troubleshooting issues and helping members find the right solutions.
  • Using CRM systems to manage and track interactions.
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and keeping operations running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • A great eye for detail, you will be handling important info, so accuracy is key.
  • A team player who is proactive.
  • No experience needed — just a willingness to learn and grow!
