A foundational part of Duetto’s value proposition is being the most extensible and open Revenue Strategy Platform serving the hospitality industry.  Our goal is to bring modern e-commerce solutions to hotels and casinos.  Having world class, healthy relationships with our technology partners is mission critical to our business.

We are looking for a competitive and driven Regional Director of Sales to support our continued growth.  Our objective is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities 

  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Own sales process from start to finish for strategic accounts in assigned territory
  • Responsible for developing, establishing, and closing new business primarily within Duetto’s named account and prospect list
  • Work with C-level executives to align their business needs with Duetto’s solutions
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to provide high touch service and identify upsell opportunities in Duetto’s customer base
  • Establish partnerships with strategic business partners/consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration 
  • Build and manage pipeline of new business and accurately forecast using salesforce.com  
  • Represent Duetto at industry events such as conferences, seminars, hosted events, customer meetings, etc. 

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience in hospitality tech/ travel industry
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup team environment
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, including sales forecasting
  • Willingness to travel 
  • BS/BA Degree 
  • Fluent in English and a second language is a plus.
