We are seeking EMEA Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and engaging top talent across Corporate Functions, Sales Development, and Professional Services. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements across Corporate, Sales Development, and Professional Services teams.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across EMEA.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and talent movement within the region.
  • Represent Dynatrace professionally and positively in all candidate interactions.

What will help you succeed
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proficient understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS platforms).
  • Experience sourcing for Corporate, Sales, or Professional Services roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Familiarity with EMEA hiring practices and market dynamics.
