Proposition Manager – Advice Innovation
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Proposition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the management and evolution of the advice proposition at M&G Advice.
This role requires the candidate to drive change in an ever moving industry, all with keeping the customer at the heart of what they do. Close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders is important, as well as a sound knowledge of the regulatory advice landscape and market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advice services in line with the business roadmap – working with key stakeholders to lead design and ongoing development of new advice journeys. This will involve working closely with change functions, technology partners and regulatory and compliance colleagues
- Support in evolution of advice guidelines to support journeys – using extensive knowledge of regulation and advice guidelines to ensure positive client outcomes
- Work closely with the change function to ensure the planning and resources required for delivery of strategic initiatives over time
- Work closely with training functions to achieve buy in from users and employees
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to feed into overall advice strategy
Key Requirements, Skills & Experience
- Working in proposition role involved in the distribution of pensions and investments either advised, guided or both
- Strong understanding of financial products, advice policies, and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding and experience of developing advice technology solutions in line with propositions
- Market awareness of industry developments – competitor landscape and regulatory changes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Level 4, Chartered preferred
