About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Product Manager for Investment Management and Stock Markets’ Registry systems. Our platforms empower financial institutions listed companies and investment firms with cutting-edge technology to manage data, streamline operations and stay ahead in an increasingly regulated and competitive market.
In this role, you will bridge business development and technology, working closely with clients to understand their needs, design and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to combine sales acumen and presentation skills, sector expertise and technical understanding will be pivotal in expanding our market presence across the globe.
What You Will Need to Do:
· Lead presales activities, including tailored product demonstrations, RfP responses and high-impact presentations to prospective clients.
· Drive business development initiatives to expand our investment platforms’ footprint across Europe and international markets.
· Analyze financial, operational and industry data (KPIs, reports, market metrics) to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
· Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments and fintech innovations to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant.
· Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery, client onboarding and long-term success.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our investment platforms, leveraging client insights and evolving market needs.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of client requirements, business processes and ongoing projects to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Requirements
What You Will Need to Have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or related field (Master’s degree in Finance, Investment, or related discipline is a plus).
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in enterprise sales, presales consulting or business development within the investment, financial services or technology sector.
· Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment processes, Stock Markets’ Registry systems and financial services ecosystems.
· Passion for technology and innovation, knowledge of SQL would be considered as an asset.
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing long-term client relationships in the investment/financial services sector.
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
· Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
