We are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Payments Product Manager to join our Payments Product team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.
  • Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist in defining and prioritizing payment product features and enhancements.
  • Develop user-friendly payment interfaces and features in collaboration with the software development and design teams.
  • Collaborate with the integrations team to test and configure new payment methods.
  • Read and interpret API documentation to assist with payment gateway integration and troubleshooting.
  • Review, manage, and edit JSON files to ensure accurate configuration of payment systems and data structures.
  • Conduct usability testing and provide relative recommendations.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze payment product performance metrics and prepare reports on payment product usage, issues, and trends.
  • Ensure payment-related issues are properly and timely addressed and resolved.
  • Ensure payment products meet regulatory requirements and are effectively promoted.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the payments industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Familiarity with PM tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with JSON for configuration and data structure management.
  • Familiarity with API documentation and the ability to interpret and apply integration requirements,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using GitHub for version control, issue tracking, and collaboration.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for the i-gaming industry and understanding of payment processing systems.
