Junior Product Manager
Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Product Manager to join our Product team.
What you will be doing
You will work alongside our Product Development team to shape and refine products that deliver real value to our users. More specifically, you will:
- Assist in gathering and prioritizing product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal product documentation to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams - Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Journey - to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve offerings and resolve issues. Use customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance metrics, helping drive continuous improvements.
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle: ideation → development → launch → optimization
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities - comfort using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
