About you:

*This role can be UK remote working

You enjoy making a difference every day by delivering accurate, reliable payroll for customers who count on you. You bring strong payroll expertise and a calm, customer‑focused approach, even when things move quickly. You’re comfortable working under pressure and enjoy variety — with different clients, industries and payroll cycles, there’s always something new to learn.
You’ll be part of our payroll outsourcing team, supporting a dedicated customer portfolio and working closely with the Payroll Hub Leader to deliver a great service that puts customers first.

Day-to-day, you will:   

  • Run payroll from start to finish for your customer portfolio, completing all scheduled tasks accurately and on time.
  • Follow standard processes and checks to make sure payroll data is right first time.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve questions or issues, explaining things clearly and simply.
  • Look for better ways of working and suggest improvements that help the team and our customers.

Your skills and experiences might also include:    

  • Experience in UK payroll, either in a payroll bureau or in‑house environment.
  • A good understanding of UK payroll legislation and how it applies in real‑life situations.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to take ownership of customer accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
