What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a savvy Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in online paid marketing channels to manage, analyse and optimise our digital marketing initiatives in EMEA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling customer acquisition and managing cross-channel campaigns to drive measurable full-funnel growth with a strong focus on ROI.
You have a results-driven and strategic mindset, with a hunger to find creative solutions to problems and deliver measurable impact. You enjoy getting your hands dirty - be it analysing performance trends, writing ad copy or briefing in new creative.
This role is based in London and reports to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing in EMEA.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute full-funnel online performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic channels.
Drive continuous testing and CRO across all performance channels, including A/B testing ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximise ROI.
Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets that capture attention and drive conversions.
Manage tagging, tracking, and attribution setups, including UTM management and pixel implementation
Analyse performance leveraging platforms like GA4 and Looker to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for further optimisation
Collaborate with data science and analytics teams on advanced measurement projects like Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), providing performance marketing input
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree.
6+ years of experience with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing
Proven track record of scaling paid customer acquisition using an ROI-first approach.
Hands-on expertise in building, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of ad platform targeting capabilities, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with CRO and a proven track record of creating high-converting landing pages and ad creatives as part of a hypothesis-driven A/B testing approach
The ability to create bottom-up performance forecasts and make budget allocation decisions to meet ROAS targets
The ability to autonomously deep dive into data and generate actionable insights, whilst also maintaining a strategic, high-level perspective.
Experience setting up and maintaining accurate tagging, tracking, and attribution systems (UTMs, pixels, server-side tracking)
Proficiency with data analysis using platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce, or similar BI/CRM platforms
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across multiple markets and teams
Preferred Qualifications
Foreign language skills - working proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus
Prior experience in a high-growth, scale-up business
Fintech, tech, or B2B experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution
Familiarity with digesting, synthesising, and communicating complex information in an easy-to-understand way
Familiarity with attribution modeling, including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
