ANALYTICS ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST
We are looking for a full-time Analytics Enablement Specialist who will join the Analytics Enablement Team and help us make the world a better place through innovation, which means we’re taking risks and questioning conventional thinking, and developing new technologies and ways of doing business – leading the way, every single day.

Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done
- Enable business users to create and maintain their own Power BI solutions
- Help manage and maintain Power BI environment
- Develop data solutions to drive business insights and meet requirements using Power BI
- Deliver Power BI user training to small groups, from beginner to advanced level
- Enhance and optimize existing Power BI solutions for better performance and usability
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides
- Act as a mentor for less experienced members of the team, providing technical guidance and support
Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack?
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in a data visualization role, using Power BI
- Extensive experience with Power BI Administration including managing workspaces, data gateways, security settings and tenant configurations
- Experience with Power BI Premium/Microsoft Fabric
- Strong troubleshooting skills to find and address performance issues with Power BI environment
- Proven track record as a Power BI Developer, with expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Strong understanding of DAX and data modelling concepts
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and techniques
- Experience in developing and leading training sessions for end users, particularly for Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
