Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build executive relationships, secure new business, expand strategic customer partnerships and deliver sustainable regional growth across the OneAdvanced portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with senior NHS leaders, strategic partners and key decision-makers across the Primary and Community Health market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities, NHS policy, customer strategies and market dynamics, translating these into strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver regional growth strategies, defining clear priorities, objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead strategic account planning for key customers, working with Account Managers and customer support teams to align commercial activity with agreed customer objectives.

  • Lead complex commercial opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles and significant commercial value.
  • Position OneAdvanced as a strategic transformation partner through executive engagement, thought leadership and outcome-focused conversations.
  • Maintain executive sponsorship across strategic customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnership development and commercial alignment.
  • Maintain a strong regional pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and proactively managing commercial opportunities and risks.
  • Represent OneAdvanced at industry events, customer forums and executive meetings, strengthening our reputation across the Primary and Community Health market.
  • Bring customer insight, market intelligence and emerging NHS priorities into the business to inform product strategy, proposition development and commercial planning.
What You Will Have

Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.

  • A proven track record of delivering strategic commercial growth through executive account management, customer expansion and new business acquisition.
  • Experience selling healthcare technology or software within Primary Care, Community Health or the wider NHS.
  • A strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including NHS structures, commissioning, neighbourhood health, integrated care and regional decision-making.
  • Demonstrable experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, senior decision-makers and complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience developing and delivering regional or strategic account growth plans aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Experience leading complex commercial opportunities involving long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders and significant contract values.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including strategic pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation and business planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage confidently at executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer, market and commercial data and translate insight into strategic action.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach, with the ability to lead cross-functional activity and influence without direct authority.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
