Provides technical operational leadership for managed-service customers, maintaining estate knowledge, CMDB quality, change governance, incident response, and service continuity. Leads P1 incident support, root-cause investigations, post-incident reviews, security finding remediation, customer service reviews, and operational documentation. Requires expertise in Active Directory, Azure, VMware, networking, security, ITIL, complex infrastructure incidents, and analytical reporting. Experience with AI, shared services, automation, and PowerShell is advantageous.

Provides field-based technical support across multiple UK customer sites, troubleshooting desktop, mobile, networking, and IT infrastructure issues. The role handles incidents, service requests, changes, and problems; escalates complex issues; maintains ticket ownership through resolution; creates knowledge materials; and meets agreed SLAs. Regular nationwide travel, sometimes at short notice and with overnight stays, is required.

Own the roadmap for OneAdvanced IQ’s native research and analytics capabilities, including replacing Pendo and Condens. Lead usage, consumption, memory, and personalisation features; define customer analytics; establish research standards; oversee tooling, instrumentation, governance, and analytics architecture; and coach product managers on research and analytics practices.

Design end-to-end SaaS and cloud solutions, lead customer discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and advise on integrations, APIs, data flows, and modernization. Create infrastructure diagrams and technical documentation, support bids and presentations, collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams, and mentor colleagues while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
