Leads centralized L3 production support across six products, serving as the final escalation point for technical issues and incidents. Owns triage, SLAs, diagnostics, reporting, automation, and root-cause improvement. Uses data and AI tooling to reduce recurring issues and ticket volumes, partners with engineering and client success teams, and manages a small support team while fostering continuous improvement and a blameless culture.

Lead full-stack engineering initiatives across architecture, development, testing, reliability, performance, and security. Provide technical leadership, establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, champion AI-assisted development, resolve complex technical issues, and partner with Product Management to deliver solutions within a .NET-based environment.

Leads globally distributed software engineering teams, overseeing people development, delivery, Agile processes, incident management, technical quality, security, and AI-tool adoption. The role manages team performance and delivery metrics, partners with Product and Design, supports platform modernization, mentors engineers, and maintains alignment with engineering strategy. Candidates need software development experience, people-management expertise, DevOps and Agile knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience delivering production-grade solutions in cross-functional environments.

Manage enterprise customer accounts to drive product adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable business value. Monitor account health, usage, data quality, compliance, and renewal risk; lead customer business reviews; develop success plans; provide proactive recommendations; and translate platform capabilities into operational outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Professional Services, and Managed Services while advocating for customer needs.

Define the canonical data model and unified multi-tenant Lakehouse architecture across TRG Screen’s products. Establish data contracts, governance, master data management, semantic layers, security, ingestion, streaming, metadata, lineage, and quality standards. Guide technology selection and engineering execution while partnering with product and data leadership. The role also represents data architecture in design reviews and customer discussions and establishes architecture practices as the team grows.
