Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across regions. Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, track recruiting metrics, partner with hiring managers and agencies, assist hiring events, maintain job postings, and help refine Talent processes and tools.

Lead end-to-end product launches, create product messaging and positioning, build sales enablement assets (battlecards, objection guides), track enablement adoption and impact, maintain competitive intelligence using Gong, and partner closely with Product and Sales to translate product capabilities into buyer-focused value.

Lead a portfolio of SaaS products in market data and subscription cost management. Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs; manage and mentor product managers; drive Scaled Agile/Scrum processes, cross-functional collaboration, GTM planning, and continuous product development improvements to deliver customer-driven outcomes.
