Design, develop, modernize, test, deploy, and support full-stack enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend technologies. Own complex features end to end, troubleshoot performance and scalability issues, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, apply clean code and automated testing practices, and use AI tooling throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with product, QA, and UX teams, mentor junior engineers, document systems, and participate in Agile planning and process improvement.

Build backend services and frontend applications, troubleshoot complex issues, participate in architecture and code reviews, and champion clean code, automated testing, reliability, security, and AI-assisted development. Collaborate with product, QA, UX, and other stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers, documenting systems, and contributing to sprint planning and continuous improvement.

Leads centralized L3 production support across six products, serving as the final escalation point for technical issues and incidents. Owns triage, SLAs, diagnostics, reporting, automation, and root-cause improvement. Uses data and AI tooling to reduce recurring issues and ticket volumes, partners with engineering and client success teams, and manages a small support team while fostering continuous improvement and a blameless culture.
