Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Audit payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, support financial reporting and month-end close, initiate payroll funding payments, maintain procedures and controls, and assist with year-end tax reporting. The role requires collaboration with Finance, Tax, Benefits, People Strategy, employees, and external payroll providers, along with fluency in English and Czech.

Manage and mentor Product Managers while guiding platform strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle execution. Lead collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, customers, and partners to define requirements, roadmap decisions, launches, and enhancements. Use market research, customer feedback, utilization metrics, competitive positioning, and AI to drive product outcomes for Rapid7’s cybersecurity platform.

Leads customer onboarding projects from post-sale kickoff through steady state. Manages timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination; performs software installation, configuration, validation testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Guides customers through technical prerequisites and best practices, communicates with nontechnical users, escalates complex issues, gathers feedback, and supports process and product improvements.
