Teams at Pigment

Manage, coach, and develop Product Designers while building a strong Design culture. Own Design operations, processes, rituals, planning, quality standards, and team effectiveness. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders, guide complex B2B product design work, define Design KPIs and OKRs, identify capability gaps, and support organizational growth. The role is primarily focused on people leadership and Design strategy, with selective hands-on contribution.

Advise sales leaders and senior finance executives on strategic deals and finance transformation. Lead consultative engagements, workshops, value analysis, and thought leadership to position Pigment's AI-powered EPM solutions, accelerate go-to-market plays, and drive measurable business outcomes and account expansion.
