Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding: resolve incidents, manage change requests, perform configuration and minor enhancements, support integrations, maintain documentation, and participate in testing, release management, and future Smart Recruiting migration/implementation activities.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, sourcing vendors and resources, overseeing shoots and post-production, managing logistics and documentation, resolving issues, ensuring quality and compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
