Design, build, and maintain enterprise Atlassian solutions (Jira Software, JSM, Confluence); create workflows, automations, and dashboards; integrate with M365, CI/CD, and other systems using APIs and scripts; develop automation and API solutions; maintain architecture documentation, platform stability, and governance; collaborate with product owners and technical stakeholders to translate requirements and provide Atlassian best-practice guidance.

Lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise e-commerce (Shopify Plus). Translate business strategy into user stories, manage backlog, drive Agile ceremonies, lead headless commerce and API integrations, oversee onshore/offshore teams, mentor junior product staff, and ensure measurable commercial outcomes (conversion, revenue, CSAT).
