Configure, administer, and enhance Jira Service Management solutions for Sales and Marketing. Gather stakeholder requirements, design workflows, request types, forms, queues, SLAs, portals, permissions, notifications, and automation. Troubleshoot configuration issues, support testing and deployments, document solutions, recommend best practices, and provide ongoing platform support. Collaborate with Jira, ITSM, and technology teams while translating business processes into effective technical configurations.
