Develop and maintain .NET/WPF desktop applications using C# and MVVM. Write technical specifications, deploy code, use CI/CD tools, ensure code quality (Veracode, SonarQube), and work with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS), XML/ETL and data warehousing. Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding: triage and resolve incidents, manage change requests, perform configuration and minor enhancements, support integrations, maintain documentation, participate in testing/release activities, and contribute to future Smart Recruiting migration/implementation.

Design and iterate user-centred product experiences from research and concept through high-fidelity designs and developer handover. Create wireframes, prototypes, flows, IA and platform-specific (iOS/Android) designs, support user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate design systems and brand consistency, and contribute to critiques and usability-driven improvements.
