The Resourcing Specialist manages end-to-end recruitment, talent pipelines, candidate assessment, interviews, offers, onboarding, and workforce administration for skilled operatives across the UK and Ireland. The role also maintains workforce dashboards, reporting, compliance training records, and workforce planning insights. It partners with operational leaders, HR, Learning and Development, marketing, agencies, and external partners to support recruitment campaigns, continuous improvement, employee communications, and internal mobility. Regular travel to recruitment events and operational meetings is required.

Recruitment Coordinator supporting talent attraction and sourcing across Ireland. Responsibilities include creating job advertisements, building talent pools, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records and reporting dashboards, managing candidate communications, attending recruitment events, and liaising with recruitment agencies and internal HR stakeholders. The role is hybrid, based three days weekly at the Northern Ireland head office, with travel across Ireland.

Create and manage digital communications, social media campaigns, website and internal content, employer branding, events, award submissions, and stakeholder communications. Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement, coordinate branded materials, and support media monitoring. The role works closely with project teams to showcase construction projects, people, and community initiatives across UK and Ireland.
