Performs onsite construction inspections, setting out, dimensional control, and testing of workmanship and materials. Supports project progress tracking against time, quality, quantities, and budget while coordinating with engineering teams and subcontractors. Maintains calibration records, implements test and inspection plans, promotes health and safety, and ensures construction activities meet industry standards and project requirements.

Supports bid managers and technical experts in developing compliant, persuasive tender submissions for major civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include coordinating bid milestones, supporting writing workshops, preparing company information, refining written responses, maintaining bid libraries, updating project records and CVs, and creating presentations and marketing materials. The role is designed for a recent graduate with strong written English, research ability, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn.

Coordinates civil project design from contract award through completion, ensuring designs are developed, reviewed, approved, buildable, compliant, and aligned with construction programmes. Manages designers, resolves technical issues, supports risk management and value engineering, assists with BIM implementation, and oversees handover. The role also supports Client CDM duties and requires knowledge of civil engineering, construction methods, contracts, document management, MEICA integration, and design coordination.
