Provide first- and second-line technical support for 800+ users across multiple countries. Maintain Microsoft-based systems, networks, cloud infrastructure, hardware, software, backups, patches, security alerts, and IT asset inventories. Troubleshoot service issues with vendors, deploy technology, document procedures, support IT projects, train employees, maintain service records, and provide occasional out-of-hours assistance. The role is office-based in Bracknell with occasional travel to other NEP locations.

Own the design, configuration, validation, deployment, and live operation of vision systems for outside broadcast trucks and flypacks. Lead SMPTE ST 2110 and hybrid SDI/IP implementations, including PTP timing, multicast, redundancy, network switching, control systems, and system integration. Provide technical leadership during live broadcasts, troubleshoot faults under pressure, maintain engineering documentation, uphold standards, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in reliability and workflows.

Prepare, test, inspect, load, unload, store, and dispatch broadcast equipment, vehicles, and production resources. Manage barcode scanning, asset registration, stock control, shipping documentation, deliveries, collections, and returned equipment. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to support outside broadcasts and live events. Maintain safety, organisation, equipment readiness, and high service standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
