Lead and mentor development teams to deliver scalable Python-based applications on Azure. Work with clients to translate requirements, shape architecture, ensure DevOps/CI-CD best practices, observability (OpenTelemetry), Kubernetes orchestration, and operational concerns (monitoring, security, GDPR). Drive technical delivery, resolve blockers, and report project status to stakeholders.

As a Technical Lead, you will guide software engineering teams, translate client requirements into applications, ensure best practices, and shape technical direction while mentoring team members.

Design, build and optimise Python-based AI applications and data storage solutions. Collaborate with clients and teams, enforce code quality, CI/CD, testing practices, and deliver scalable production systems across cloud environments while travelling to client sites.
