Lead and mentor development teams to deliver scalable Python-based applications on Azure. Work with clients to translate requirements, shape architecture, ensure DevOps/CI-CD best practices, observability (OpenTelemetry), Kubernetes orchestration, and operational concerns (monitoring, security, GDPR). Drive technical delivery, resolve blockers, and report project status to stakeholders.

Lead solution strategy and pre-sales for enterprise AI engagements: define architectures, run discovery workshops, build POCs/reference architectures, align delivery, support deal shaping, and drive AI practice growth across Sales, Marketing and Delivery.

As a Technical Lead, you will guide software engineering teams, translate client requirements into applications, ensure best practices, and shape technical direction while mentoring team members.
