Deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Projects Portfolio Management implementations for clients. Responsibilities include discovery workshops, gap analysis, functional solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, UAT, cutover, go-live support, and issue resolution. The consultant will advise clients on Oracle Projects Financials, Projects Execution, integrations, and Modern Best Practice processes while supporting architecture discussions, pre-sales, and concurrent project delivery.

Lead end-to-end Oracle reporting, analytics, and analytical AI implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Deliver reporting solutions across Oracle ERP and HCM using Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, BI Publisher, and related tools. Manage complex projects and workstreams with minimal supervision, communicate technical concepts to varied stakeholders, and support data conversion and third-party data integration.

Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle EPM solutions across Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Narrative Reporting, and Profitability and Cost Management. Create business rules and integrations, translate stakeholder requirements into specifications, advise and train users, support client delivery, and contribute to practice growth. Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion integrations, finance processes, and on-premises-to-cloud implementations is desirable.

Lead Oracle EPM consulting engagements across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales through post-implementation support. Design, develop, and build Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion Planning applications; guide project delivery; coach and develop team members; contribute to practice strategy; and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Requires expertise in EPM products, scripting, integrations, reporting, finance concepts, and team leadership.

Leads client-facing Oracle technology opportunity shaping from initial commercial discussions through solution direction. Engages CIOs, CTOs, IT directors, and enterprise architects to understand business needs and develop outcome-led propositions across OCI, databases, integration, automation, low-code, security, analytics, and AI. Builds executive confidence, balances value and feasibility, supports bids and workshops, develops thought leadership, and collaborates with sales, marketing, architecture, consulting, and managed services teams.

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Global HR and Absence Management implementations, configure hire-to-retire processes, org/workforce/security/workflow, guide clients and team members, support pre-sales demos, and produce thought leadership content. Work on multi-country deployments and explore adjacent HR modules and AI enhancements.

Lead creation and growth of Namos' Oracle Payroll Bureau managed services across the UK and Ireland. Own strategy, P&L, service delivery, client success, recruitment and scaling of high-performing teams. Drive operational excellence, compliance with UK payroll legislation (HMRC, RTI), pension administration, payments controls, data security, and business continuity while developing recurring revenue payroll offerings.
