Lead full integration lifecycle for Oracle Fusion systems: design, build, test, deploy and support integrations using Fusion REST APIs and integration platforms. Create integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven), design BI Publisher extracts and bulk loads, ensure security (OAuth/RBAC), CI/CD, performance tuning, and production support across varied clients.

Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for UK clients, advising on pensions, RTI and auto-enrolment. Deliver configuration (Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards), guide project teams, support pre-sales demos, create thought-leadership content, and assist with data migration and payroll parallel runs.
