Work on multi-country deployments and explore adjacent HR modules and AI enhancements.

Lead and deliver Oracle ERP Cloud Record-to-Report implementations: analyse client processes, design and configure Oracle Financials modules, run workshops and training, support testing, data migration and cutover, troubleshoot post-go-live issues, and maintain project documentation and governance.
