Maintains and enhances Power BI reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and client-facing reporting deliverables. Ensures reporting accuracy, documentation, quality, and timely issue resolution. Supports platform testing, QA, reporting automation, and process improvement. Develops technical training content and facilitates learning sessions through the Tech Committee while collaborating with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Conduct Level 2 transaction monitoring investigations involving complex and high-risk financial activity, including international payments, correspondent banking, sanctions evasion, and politically exposed persons. Review transaction histories, customers, ownership structures, and external intelligence; document findings; draft SAR/STR narratives; escalate significant risks; identify typologies; and support regulatory compliance, quality, productivity, and process improvement across client projects.

Provides operational support for U.S. immigration, global business travel, work permits, visas, and permanent residency processes. Coordinates applications with external vendors, advises employees and leaders on requirements, costs, timelines, and compliance, maintains case records and reporting, prepares travel letters, and supports onboarding documentation. The role also contributes to process improvements, knowledge content, mobility projects, and stakeholder communications across global entities.
