Manage day-to-day benefits operations, Workday configuration and testing, vendor coordination, employee and HR inquiries, open enrollment activities, compliance with local regulations, and benefits-related projects and reporting.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across Europe with a primary focus on France and UKI: source and close candidates, build pipelines, advise stakeholders on market dynamics and compliance, manage offers and onboarding, and deliver candidate assessments using Hurons interview framework.
