The Senior Technical Analyst will lead the design and delivery of a regulatory data foundation using Databricks, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations and enabling AI-assisted anomaly detection.

Provide managed services support for Oracle EPM Cloud clients, handling incidents, configuration changes, SLAs, performance monitoring, and client relationships. Troubleshoot EPBCS/PCM modules, assist continuous improvement, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Lead PMO for multi-year E‑Comms surveillance transformation: govern programmes, maintain roadmaps, manage stage‑gate controls, align Data/Tech/InfoSec, run RAID/RACI, support cutover/readiness, and drive stakeholder communications and adoption.
