Define technical strategy, drive roadmap delivery, ensure system quality and resilience, steward open-source/commercial balance, grow a distributed engineering organization, and engage with customers and developer community to advance product and ecosystem.

Design, implement and evolve core components of a Java-based distributed runtime: cluster services, distributed data structures and execution engines. Work on partitioning, replication, coordination and recovery, write reliable low-latency production code, contribute to architecture, reviews and mentoring.

Lead and scale a global engineering organization, define multi-year technical strategy and product roadmap, ensure quality/performance of a Java-based real-time data platform, steward open-source core, drive delivery and innovation, build leadership bench, and act as executive technical sponsor for key customers and partners.
