Design, implement and evolve core components of a Java-based distributed runtime: cluster services, distributed data structures and execution engines. Work on partitioning, replication, coordination and recovery, write reliable low-latency production code, contribute to architecture, reviews and mentoring.

Lead and scale a global engineering organization, define multi-year technical strategy and product roadmap, ensure quality/performance of a Java-based real-time data platform, steward open-source core, drive delivery and innovation, build leadership bench, and act as executive technical sponsor for key customers and partners.

Drive territory revenue by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise software deals. Manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, expand and renew accounts, collaborate with marketing and BD, and mentor team members to consistently meet or exceed sales quota.
