Drive technical wins for enterprise technology deals through commercial close. Responsibilities include technical discovery, MEDDPICC qualification, proof-of-concept ownership, competitive displacement, migration architecture, TCO modeling, technical demonstrations, partner collaboration, post-sale handoff, and competitive intelligence. The role focuses on latency-critical environments across financial services, payments, telecommunications, and related industries.

Drive territory revenue by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise software deals. Manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, expand and renew accounts, collaborate with marketing and BD, and mentor team members to consistently meet or exceed sales quota.

Collaborate with Java developers to design test strategies and automation frameworks. Develop and run functional and non-functional tests (performance, load, stress, resilience, scalability), integrate tests into CI/CD, monitor test health, investigate failures, and improve system quality for a distributed real-time Java platform.

Lead and scale a global engineering organization, define multi-year technical strategy and product roadmap, ensure quality/performance of a Java-based real-time data platform, steward open-source core, drive delivery and innovation, build leadership bench, and act as executive technical sponsor for key customers and partners.
