Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance activities in a feed mill, ensuring equipment availability, safety, compliance, CMMS upkeep, root-cause analysis, contractor planning, and mentor technicians to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.

Coordinate booking of raw materials and finished goods, maintain weighbridge and SAP records, support vehicle loading, monitor inventory and stock movements, liaise across teams, ensure compliance with safety, quality (HACCP), and environmental systems (ISO 14001/50001), and provide administrative support to the planning team.

Lead site HSE and quality compliance and governance, coordinate internal and external audits, drive Lean-based continuous improvement across supply chain, deliver training and coaching, manage change initiatives from planning through post-implementation review, and support the site senior team to close non-compliances.
