Oversee multiple physical security infrastructure projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, standardize program management processes, track performance metrics, resolve issues, research industry standards, and ensure projects meet timelines and global standards. The role is onsite in Banbridge, Northern Ireland, and requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Coordinates IT programs and projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, governance, quality, and stakeholder communication. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors milestones, supports compliance, provides project leadership, and identifies process improvement and automation opportunities.

Leads APAC and EMEA HR strategy and service delivery for approximately 1,000 employees across 30+ countries. Oversees regional HR teams, employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, talent development, compliance, workforce planning, organizational change, acquisitions, cross-border transfers, and HR operations in new markets. Manages employer-of-record and payroll providers, regional budgets, reporting, HR policies, and employment legislation while partnering with senior leaders across multiple time zones.

Designs and delivers customer-facing innovation prototypes combining AI/ML, IoT, real-time data, APIs, analytics, and Digital Twin technologies. Builds streaming and batch data pipelines, telemetry integrations, scalable REST and gRPC services, 3D/4D visualizations, and AI-enabled solutions. Deploys applications with Docker and Kubernetes while supporting observability, CI/CD, documentation, and customer presentations.

Conduct candidate screening and technical qualification calls for global data centre and infrastructure hiring. Assess candidate suitability, maintain talent pipelines and ATS records, coordinate interviews across time zones, support sourcing and recruitment administration, and provide a positive candidate experience. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-volume hiring while ensuring accurate evaluations, compliant processes, and effective stakeholder communication.

Coordinates sales operations across departments, maintains CRM data and workflows, supports onboarding and meetings, and develops repeatable processes. Builds sales dashboards and reports, monitors pipeline and performance metrics, conducts data audits, supports forecasting, and translates analysis into recommendations for sales leaders and executives.
