Serves as a finance business partner to Procurement, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing leaders. Manages budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, R&D spend analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Prepares financial insights and recommendations for senior leadership, supports cost reduction initiatives, and develops reporting processes. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Maintains general ledger accuracy and integrity by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and monthly close activities. Reviews account balances, investigates variances, supports internal and external reporting, and assists with audits and statutory reporting. Collaborates with auditors, banking partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information, compliance with GAAP and internal controls, and timely reporting.

Executes Wolfspeed’s global organic and paid social media strategy across key platforms, with emphasis on LinkedIn. Creates, publishes, monitors, and optimizes content; tracks campaign performance; analyzes audience behavior and platform trends; and provides actionable reporting insights. Partners with communications, brand, marketing, and agency teams to deliver social campaigns, thought leadership, and executive visibility initiatives.
