Serves as a finance business partner to Procurement, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing leaders. Manages budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, R&D spend analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Prepares financial insights and recommendations for senior leadership, supports cost reduction initiatives, and develops reporting processes. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Maintains general ledger accuracy and integrity by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and monthly close activities. Lead measurement, reporting, and optimization of global marketing performance. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks across GA4, Salesforce, Pardot, paid media, and social.
