Leads the strategic direction, growth, and delivery of an information security consultancy practice. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring teams, overseeing ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials engagements, advising clients on governance, risk, compliance, AI security, and emerging technologies, developing methodologies, supporting proposals and business growth, and communicating risks to senior stakeholders.

Administer client requests for the SIPP team, ensuring accurate, timely service within agreed standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate with clients, understand their needs, manage tasks through completion, record time accurately, and minimize non-billable work. The role also requires adherence to company values, behavioral competencies, and treating customers fairly requirements.

Administer client work for the SIPP team, managing client communications, completing tasks within service levels, following documented procedures, recording time accurately, meeting quality and regulatory requirements, and supporting fair customer treatment. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to develop skills. Pension experience and knowledge of the SIPP market are desirable or preferred.
