Provide end-to-end production application support, including incident response, escalation management, monitoring, access and configuration changes, and client communication. Use AI tooling to investigate issues, build automations, and validate outputs. Collaborate with engineering on fixes, mentor teammates, and maintain runbooks and knowledge articles. The role requires strong skills in cloud platforms, APIs, databases, networking, operating systems, scripting, troubleshooting, and customer communication, with participation in an on-call rotation.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Apex’s API gateway and observability platforms. Define capabilities such as traffic management, rate limiting, logging, metrics, traces, alerting, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with engineering teams to prioritize work, manage technical and commercial tradeoffs, define measurable outcomes, write requirements and strategy documents, maintain the Jira backlog, and communicate progress to technical and executive stakeholders.

Own the Investor Communications and documents product within the Ascend Platform, including statements, trade confirmations, tax documents, and shareholder materials. Manage requirements, backlog prioritization, delivery, success metrics, incident resolution, and client migrations. Use Claude and other AI-assisted tools for requirements synthesis, prototyping, MVP development, and operational automation. Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, vendors, clients, and other product teams while analyzing delivery data with SQL.
