Supports complex SaaS deals across pricing, quoting, commercial terms, contract amendments, governance, and revenue recognition. Acts as a commercial advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Billing; manages requests through Salesforce, identifies risks, resolves blockers, and recommends practical solutions. The role also contributes to process improvements, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement across the Deal Desk function.

Lead HiBob’s professional services and service partner delivery functions as a P&L center. Set strategic direction, improve operational efficiency and profitability, build high-performing teams, enhance customer satisfaction and retention, and expand partner capabilities. Responsibilities include pricing, service scalability, partner certification and learning programs, implementation standards, innovation, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
