What’s on offer?

As our Infrastructure Services business continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Workshop Administrator to join our South-East Queensland team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our workshop operations. Whilst previous workshop administration experience is preferred, we’re also keen to hear from individuals with a great attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative support to workshop teams and assisting the Operations Manager with asset coordination and customer service.
  • Managing subcontractor documentation with accuracy and efficiency and maintaining fleet management data.
  • Raising purchase orders, generating job/service cards, and assisting with offsite inspections and warranty processes.
  • Maintaining staff rosters, records, databases, and filing systems up to date.
  • Supporting stock control, including parts ordering and stocktakes.
  • Helping schedule services and track overdue repairs using maintenance software.

We are seeking a self-starter with previous experience in mechanical workshops, transport, or logistics (highly regarded). You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills together with intermediate Microsoft Office skills. With excellent time management and an ability to multi-task, you will be team spirited, adaptable and have a positive attitude can-do attitude.
