Why Work for Us

You’ll be joining Exiger at a pivotal moment. Under transformative new sales leadership, we’re scaling quickly across EMEA and challenging legacy providers with a modern, agile go-to-market approach. If you’re an ambitious, growth-oriented sales leader who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to help shape the future of supply chain risk management, this is your moment.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-impact VP – Enterprise Sales to lead our commercial growth across the UK and EMEA. You’ll be accountable for the performance and development of a growing team of Account Executives responsible for both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers. While this is not an individual quota-carrying role, you will be directly responsible for the team’s collective quota attainment and the success of Exiger’s go-to-market strategy across the region. Reporting to the SVP, Global Sales, Commercial, this role requires strong strategic leadership, operational rigor, and a passion for mentoring high-performing sales talent.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing team of Account Executives across the UK and EMEA.

  • Own the team’s sales performance, pipeline generation, and attainment against ARR targets across the region.

  • Build and execute regional go-to-market strategies across key verticals including financial services, energy, manufacturing, defense & aerospace, retail, and life sciences.

  • Support your team in complex enterprise sales cycles with coaching, deal strategy, and executive engagement.

  • Accurately forecast and report on pipeline, bookings, and revenue across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to enable efficient and customer-aligned execution.

  • Continuously hire, onboard, and develop top-tier enterprise sales talent with a focus on performance and accountability.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, Global Sales and Chief Revenue Officer to tailor and implement Exiger’s global sales strategy in the EMEA market.

What You Need
  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years leading regional or multi-national sales teams.

  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling high-performing teams with collective quota responsibility.

  • Proven ability to guide complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes (ideally with ACVs of £400K+/€500K+).

  • Strong familiarity with selling into diverse EMEA markets with varying regulatory, cultural, and commercial contexts.

  • Experience in supply chain, compliance, ESG, third-party risk, or procurement software is a significant advantage.

  • Operational mastery of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC).

  • Data-driven, competitive, and collaborative leadership style with a commitment to team development and accountability.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Based in the UK or Europe and authorized to work in your country of residence.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Discretionary Time Off for all employees, with no maximum limits on time off
  • Industry-leading health, vision, and dental benefits
  • Competitive compensation package and uncapped variable incentive
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Flexible, hybrid approach to working from home and in the office where applicable
  • Wellness stipends and dedicated wellness programming
  • Career development programs with reimbursement provided for educational certifications

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
