What you'll do
- Maintain and govern supplier records in Ivalua, improving the accuracy, completeness and quality of vendor data.
- Support supplier governance by coordinating service credit validation, risk management, audits and key reporting.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, transition and replacement activity, and monitor contract renewals, sourcing activity and key milestones.
- Manage supplier documentation, including contracts, statements of work and supporting artefacts.
- Deliver supplier benchmarking and tiering activities, partnering with Partner Management, Procurement and suppliers to support informed decisions.
Who you are
- You bring strong organisation skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable analysing large datasets, with a close eye for detail and a focus on data quality and governance.
- Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and build effective working relationships.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, data visualisation or AI-enabled tools would be useful but is not essential.
- Curious, proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
