SALARY: £13.09 - £13.22 per hour
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Twilight Receptionist to join our team at Woodford Bridge.
Shift hours between 6.00pm and 3.00am. 5 days on and 5 days off. Pay rates will differ.
Before 11pm - £13.09 p/h. After 11.00pm - £13.22 p/h.
Position will also require 5 weeks p/a of full night shifts to cover holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check in arrivals and ensure a flawless experience for our guests
- Handle guest queries
- Assist and support the Receptionist / Duty Manager
- Perform night audit procedures and handle cash payments and float, strictly adhering to company standards
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience Required to Fulfil the Role Include:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Confident with computer systems
