Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update user manuals, guides, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to gather accurate information.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with internal standards.
- Maintain online knowledge bases and internal documentation platforms.
- Track document versions and manage changes throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, engineering, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing or documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, Jira).
- Familiarity with documentation standards (Markdown, XML, DITA).
- Ability to understand IT systems, processes, and business requirements.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial or banking sector.
- Knowledge of agile project environments.
