Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within SPHYNX Group, including EU-funded projects.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Preparing all necessary reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the development team.
- Manage project risks and issues, and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and processes.
- Collaborate with the Management to form strategic steps and visions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3+ yeas of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Experience managing software development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD is a plus, preferably in/related to ICT, Engineering
- Advanced understanding of the cybersecurity domain is a plus.
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager in EU-funded projects.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
- Proven experience with proposal writing.
- Certification in project management practices is a plus.
